Simply A Banana Milkshake

I love that my kids think the milkshakes I make for them are the “Bees Knees”. As I watch them down a cup of un-sugared bliss I am content that they are getting the vitamins growing bodies need. This banana milkshake has very fond memories […]

Green Beans with Pearl Onions and Garlic

1 tbsp Olive oil
2 cups Green beans

2-3 cloves Garlic, chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the green beans, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Saute until the beans and onions are tender or caramelized. Which ever is preferred.

Lemonade
Raspberry or strawberry Sorbet
