		<description>im not sure if im ready to try this yet, but this recipe turned on a light for me.  we sorta are stuck in a food rut,  we have the same starchy sides over and over.  so this opened my mind to other items that could make a meal new and healthier.  we are trying to include more vegetables in our diet so im trying to rethink meals to use squash, or swede, or polenta, or other vege rather than creamed, buttered, milky potatoes.  thanks for sharing and opening a new ave of food thinking!</description>
